Shipping policy

UK – All orders within the UK will be subject to a £2.99 delivery charge.

 

International – All shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.

Duties and taxes not included.

General Drops

We try our best to dispatch all orders from a general drop within 5-7 working days. However, situations can change due to high demand, so we politely ask you to be patient if this is the case. 

 

Pre-Order Drops

Pre-ordered products will be dispatched 2-3 weeks after the release date. If there are any delays, we will communicate this directly to you through email.

 

Returns 

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to return an item, we offer store credit or exchanges for items purchased online within 14 days of delivery. Please note that due to the exclusivity nature of our drops, we do not offer refunds. 

To exchange for another size or store credit the item must be in an unused, unaltered and unwashed condition; the item must also have all the original tags still attached.

if you experience any issues with your order or delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order so we can assist you. Unfortunately, we may not be able to assist if the request Is made after the 7 days period.
