General Drops

We try our best to dispatch all orders from a general drop within 5-7 working days. However, situations can change due to high demand, so we politely ask you to be patient if this is the case. 

 

Pre-Order Drops

Pre-ordered products will be dispatched 2-3 weeks after the release date. If there are any delays, we will communicate this directly to you through email.

Returns 

We do not accept returns unless the item delivered was already damaged or you are looking for another size. In these cases we will exchange for a new item.

If you would like to make a return, the item must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date; the item must be in an unused, unaltered, and unwashed condition; the item must also have all the original tags still attached.
